Supplier Development Supervisor（供应商开发主管）

Job Description:
1. Supplier Management System:
a.Discuss with Headquarter in Germany and implementation the global process in China, like supplier on-boarding,;
b.Discuss with other departments, like Quality and Logistics to setup and maintenance local supplier management
c.Discuss, implemente and mainten supplier rating/evaluation system
2. Supplier Performance Management
a.Lead the issues, discussions, meetings of the cross-functional supplier management team(Purchasing, Quality and Logistics) regarding supplier management
b.Lead periodic supplier performance assessment by working with related functions
c.Lead regular review of supplier performance with Supplier Quality and Logistics MRP leaders
3. Supplier Development Management
a.Lead cross-functional supplier management team to set up the tools, roadmaps, processes of Supplier Development Projects
b.Coordinate to identify the Supplier Development Projects in terms of entire supplier performance indicators together with related functions
c.Monitor, track and report the status of supplier development projects with Supplier Quality Leaders
4. Purchasing Data Management
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, mechanical, Electrical preferred, MBA preferred
2. 5 years experiences in purchasing, supplier quality, supplier development,supply chain management
3.Good and fluent English ability both in speaking and written
4.Familiar with supplier management process
5.Ability of project management, risk management, time management, conflict management and communication management
6.Basic knowleges of production process, such as die casting, stamping, injection, PCBA, Relay,Power Supplier, HDC etc.
7.Basic knowledge electro mechanic/electronic industry
8.Strong analytical ability with logical thinking
9.Specialized knowledge in supplier quality, process control
10.Strong SAP skills in MM and PP module, 3 years SAP key users experience preferred
11.Familiar with ISO 9000, TS16949 preferred
12.Ability under pressure
13.Team player
