Sourcing Engineer -Mechanical
职位描述：

Remark:机械专业的应届生、机械方向产品的SQE或工程人员亦可尝试。
Requirement
1.Bachelor degree in engineering or related major from accredited university
2.Good technical understanding related to mechanical products, stamping, machining and plastic injection process
3.Minimum 3 years experience and above in sourcing position with an international company.
4.Experienced in selection, evaluation and qualification of different kinds of suppliers. Excellent network with related Chinese suppliers.
5.Project management skills.
6.Fluent in English (oral and writing).
7.Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
8.Strong problem solving ability
9.Able to communicate openly at all related level of the organization
10.Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
Responsibility
1.Leading and realization of outsourcing projects
2.Negotiation of quotations, contracts and annual cost saving in detail
3.Qualification of suppliers and products
4.Regular communication with suppliers for coordination/optimization purposes
5.Co-operation with other division particularly strategic purchasing, R&D, production, Portfolio and project management etc in Germany and China
6.Participation in quality system audit
7.Clarification of logistics issues between suppliers and production of Weidmuller China
8.Supply chain trouble shooting
9.Act as contact window to corresponding portfolio
